Aita: The Dark Domain — Last updated: 24 August 2026
Aita: The Dark Domain includes multiplayer features — lobbies, chat, display names, and co-operative play. By using them you agree to these standards. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. Accounts that break these rules can lose access to multiplayer or to the game entirely.
1. Prohibited Conduct
The following are never acceptable, in chat, display names, or any other player-visible content:
- Harassment or bullying — targeting, threatening, or repeatedly demeaning another player.
- Hate speech — attacks on people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any similar characteristic.
- Sexual content — sexually explicit language or content of any kind.
- Inappropriate names — display names containing slurs, sexual content, or impersonation of other players or the developers.
- Threats and incitement — threats of violence or encouragement of self-harm.
- Cheating and exploitation — tampering with the game, exploiting other players, or spamming.
- Sharing others' personal information without their consent.
2. Tools You Have
- Report: open a player's menu in the lobby and choose REPORT, or use the flag on an individual chat message. Choose a reason (harassment, hate speech, inappropriate name, cheating, or other) and optionally add details. Recent chat context is attached automatically so moderators can see what happened.
- Block: blocking a player prevents you from being matched into the same lobby again, in either direction.
- Kick: lobby hosts can remove disruptive players before a run starts.
- Filtering: chat is automatically filtered for abusive language before it reaches other players.
3. Enforcement
Reports are reviewed by a moderator. Depending on severity we may issue a warning, force a display-name change, restrict multiplayer access, or permanently remove the account. Deliberate hate speech, threats, or predatory behaviour result in immediate removal — there are no graduated warnings for zero-tolerance violations.
We aim to act on reports within 24 hours of review, and objectionable content is removed as soon as it is confirmed.
4. Appeals and Contact
If you believe an enforcement action was a mistake, or you need to report something you cannot report in-game, contact us at support@aitatdd.com.
5. Related Policies
How report data is stored and retained is described in our Privacy Policy.
